Chair is beautiful and very stable! Cushion is easily wipeable and straps too. My small 7month old sits very well in it. We previously used another brands booster seat and she would get frustrated sitting in it. She loves sitting in her new highchair, her little feet even touch the foot plate! The only thing that’s a little tricky is attaching the infant insert with the tray. You have to hook the back in the holes and then click it down between your child’s legs. I can only imagine with time this will get easier. Harness straps are very adjustable and hold her in well. Very happy with purchase!

We had a very basic chair for our nearly 2yo before upgrading as she needed more independence. We all love this chair, regret not getting it earlier and will definitely get a second when our youngest is ready to start solids. Easy to set up, adjust and clean and our toddler is so much happier and settled at the table during meals.

Really unhappy overall. At first, I found it difficult to take bub out, and needed to use counter pressure to actually remove her from the seat as the tray does not move back / adjust.
Then, I was unfortunate enough to break the tab in the tray that connects it to the seat. This is when I discovered that the customer service is pretty appalling, after several attempts to follow up in order to purchase a replacement tray, I’ve not heard back after receiving the first response.
Should have bought a Kmart one and saved myself a lot of money.

Also the tray comes off completely? You just have to lift the lever underneath and pull it out! Hope this helps!

We love our highchair. Not only does it look great, it is really practical and we love that we can use this for years to come as our little one grows up and no longer needs the tray but is too small to use a regular dining chair.
Plates actually stick to the tray, it’s super easy to take off and clean, and I love that I can chuck it through the dishwasher when super messy. Cushion and straps all wipe well and have been through a number of washing machine cycles and still look brand new.
We’ve used this since it was released and absolute can’t fault it. Also love that when I purchased I got everything I needed. No having to buy anything separate. Would absolutely recommend.
