  How much breast milk is enough?

  Hello!

  My bubs is 15 months and fully established on solids. We still breastfeed 3 times per day (morning, nap & before bed) but I was going to look at dropping down to 2. We are currently avoiding all dairy and soy due to FPIES so he doesn’t have any other milk during the day. Is 2 breastfeeds per day enough considering this?
