Allergen introduction timeframe
Starting to introduce allergens and am seeing conflicting info about whether to do 1 allergen 3 days in a row or to space it out (eg 1 allergen every 2-3 days). Can you shed some light on this?

Our doctor suggested introducing an allergen a week. As sometimes allergies take a few days to appear.
However we also use an allergen kit which rotates 7 different allergens once a day x 4 (so peanut one day, almond the next, egg the next etc.. over 4 weeks).
We look out for symptoms that occur straight away, especially that cause puffy face / tongue.
I’m not sure if there’s a right or wrong way but most important is keeping an eye on reactions I think!
