Baking powder/soda
Is it okay to use baking powder or baking soda in recipes for babies under 1? I know they are essentially salt but my bub has an egg allergy so I need something to make baking rise. I have used flax eggs which are good for binding but not so much for leavening.
If they can, how much per serve?
Would it be better to try baking with soda water (heard of never tried).
