  Introducing dairy for CMPI 6mo

  Hello,

  I’m about to begin solids for my almost 6mo and I was wondering how I should introduce dairy into my little one’s diet? She is on aptamil allergy formula. She was mixed fed up until recently since on the odd occasion she was breastfed, she would react quite badly to it (extremely upset, tummy pains and very gassy). My son did have this as well but he wasn’t anywhere near as sensitive as my daughter.
