A little concern about mercury in fish. What type of fish should I offer? Does the fish need to be wild caught? Are farmed fish okay?

Hello! Farmed fish is great! It’s usually a lower mercury option than wild caught!

We have a whole resource on fish in the library too if you just search fish for babies!

And easy way to remember is is that big fish such as marlin and tuna have higher mercury content, smaller fish have smaller content..
