Can I make this ahead? Will it be ok in fridge or freezer?
Hi Michelle, If you make this ahead of time, we’d suggest keeping in the freezer and taking out 25min prior to serving to allow it to thaw. Or simply blitz it again with a little more milk to give it the puree consistency.
Will using fresh mango and freezing after mixing work?
This was a hit in my house with my 16 month old. I’d love some more smoothie recipes that include leafy greens, or chia seeds (I’m not really sure what I’m asking here, I think I want something a little heavier on the nutrients and lighter on the natural sugars – I know my son would drink this everyday though)
