I should have mentioned… my LO is 12 months old.

We started with mashed and added finger foods after a couple of days. My bub was 5 months but was developmentally ready and very much wanting to eat. She is different every day, sometimes she prefers softer food on a preloaded spoon sometimes she’ll only eat what she can pick up herself.

Doesn’t meat have to be well done for bubs? I’ve been having trouble getting meat to be a good texture as I have been cooking it well done if my 9mo is going to eat it.
