I ordered 2 items from Starting Solids. This item in particular (the insulated lunch bag) was not included in the parcel I received. I have contacted Starting Solids multiple times over the last 7 days, including multiple emails and PM on Facebook, all of which have gone unanswered. I have not received a response from Startong Solids whatsoever about my part missing order. I would never purchase from this store again.

We have replied to you on Facebook! It’s sitting as unseen however! I apologised our warehouse hadn’t replied after they dispatched your replacement package. Even though packages damaged by the courier should be compensated by them as they are at fault we have saved you the hassle and just sent a replacement as soon as we heard from you.
